Dee Ann Mouser, DVM
School: Texas A&M, 2002
Dr. Mouser is no stranger to CTCH or our clients. She worked at CTCH back in 2007 until she left due to a family illness in 2010. We got her back now and could not be happier.
Dr. Mouser was raised in Houston, TX and received her undergraduate degree in psychology in 1995 and then graduated from Texas A&M in 2002. 2002 is also the year she moved to Austin.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking and jewelry making. She shares her home and life with her husband, David Mouser, DVM, who she married in 2000. They have three cats, Marley age 19 years, Bart and Wallace whom she adopted from CTCH. They also have 2 dogs, Micah age 14 and Kate the super cute puppy!
Dawn joined CTCH in September of 2007. She has worked as a full-charge bookkeeper since 1993.
Bookkeeper might be her job title, but it definitely does not describe all that she does at the cat hospital. Dawn's name can be heard ringing through the halls when anything needs to be fixed or figured out. She is most definitely not afraid of getting her hands dirty. It is not unusual for Dawn to get to CTCH and have to change scrubs because she is filthy from climbing in a ditch to rescue a scruffy looking little cat on her way to work.Bookkeeper might be her job title, but it definitely does not describe all that she does at the cat hospital. Dawn moved to Texas from Virginia in 1991. She has volunteered for a local feral cat rescue group for the past ten years and has had animals all her life. Dawn lives with her husband Greg, the man who supports her passion for all animals. Most of Dawn's friends consider her a little fanatical about cats, but at CTCH she fits in perfectly.
Denine moved from Connecticut to Texas in 1996. It has been a huge adjustment, but she enjoys living in Texas now. She has always loved all type of animals, especially felines.
Growing up Denine could not have cats due to her mother being highly allergic. As an adult Denine has four cats of her own, Shimmer, Mia, Grumpy and Shadow. She also has three large aquariums with a total of eight fish.
Denine lives with her fiancé, George and her 11-year-old daughter, Sierra. Her daughter keeps her extremely busy when Denine is not at work. They both share Denines's passion for felines. As a member of CTCH Denine has found a family in which she hopes to further her education.
Raegan grew up in the Heights area of Houston, Texas. She moved to Austin in 2010 to attend St. Edwards University where she graduated with a major in Art & Graphic Design. A forever growing love for animals, especially cats, brought her to CTCH.
Raegan says she loves her job because she gets to meet new people everyday and love on all the hospital kitties here at CTCH. She has one cat at home named Nonce, short for Beyonce, who pesters her every morning when it's time to go to work.
Now we know Raegan's secret for never being late for work. Keep up the good work Nonce!
Sharon moved to Round Rock from El Paso, Texas where she had lived her entire life. It has been an adjustment, but she is enjoying being a part of the Round Rock community.
Sharon started working for CTCH in December 2011. Sharon has always cared strongly for animals and dreams of pursuing a career involving them. She has grown up with all kinds of pets. Currently she has a dog, 1 cat and a bird. She is very interested in felines and exotics. Sharon loves wildlife with a strong emphasis on big cats.
Sharon also enjoys writing and hopes to one day publish a book or two. But for now, she is trying to learn everything she can working at CTCH. With her level of determination and hard work, we are positive that all of her dreams are well within her reach.
Crystal is originally from Mission, Texas where she grew up to become an avid animal lover and calls herself "a true Texan." She started work as a volunteer at the Human Society at the age of sixteen.
Crystal comes to us with thirteen years experience in the veterinary field as a Veterinary Technician. When Crystal is not at work she also owns her own pet-sitting business called Pawz N Hand Pet-sitting.
She is an avid lover of, as she calls them, "crunchy cat faces" and any misunderstood angry cat. Crystal has an extreme appreciation for the under cat in any situation and this is why Crystal fits right into our family here at CTCH. Crystal has two dogs named Jawz and Onyx and one cat named Rebel.
Shauna has been in the veterinary field since 2010. She was born and raised right here in Round Rock.
Shauna started her career with CTCH as a kennel technician and was eager to learn more. In short time she was being trained as a veterinary technician. Shauna went on to work in area veterinary hospitals and was then trained in emergency medicine. Shauna then returned to work at CTCH in August of 2017. She is very happy to be back and CTCH is very happy to have her back.
Shauna lives with her three year old daughter and they enjoy their bonding time exploring nature together. Shauna and her daughter share their home with one cat and one beta fish.

Sarah came to work at CTCH in March of 2017. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas where she grew up along side her pet cat and best friend Kippy. She and her family found Kippy as a young stray and they have been together for over a decade now.
When Sarah was nineteen her and her family came to Austin where she started working in retail for a few years. Sarah heard about the opening we had here at CTCH and was hired. Now she says she couldn't be happier. The feeling is mutual.
Sarah lives with her family and their three Dachshunds, Peewee, Pepper and MooMoo.
