At CTCH, we prefer to make appointments for all of our clients. Appointments allow us to efficiently and effectively treat your pet and ensure that you receive the highest level of care. We do offer drop off appointments at no additional fee and will accommodate walk-ins as the schedule permits. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Please be aware that CTCH will make every effort to see your pet in a reasonable time frame, however, Dr. Smith is a popular man and we keep him very busy! To ensure the best service, we always recommend an appointment.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
Treatment Plans will be provided upon request. For all surgical and dental appointments, a 60% deposit of the Treatment Plan will be required when you drop off your patient in the morning.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of your pet, all cats must be in a carrier when arriving at our clinic and while in the waiting area. Even the calmest of cats can be startled by a passing truck or unexpected loud noise. So please, always have your cat in a secure carrier when traveling. If you have more than one cat you will be bringing in for an appointment, or just need help with getting your cat/cats from your car, we will be more than happy to assist you. We encourage you to be present during your cat's examination, however, please allow our veterinary technicians to assist the doctor in handling your cat.
When you arrive for your appointment with CTCH, you will be asked to answer a few questions, or fill out forms for drop off appointments and surgery. If you wish to fill out these forms ahead of time, you can visit the Download Forms tab from our main page.
